Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States including APO /FPO addresses.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at RavynsCottage.com Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or United States' holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or severe weather conditions, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is calculated by USPS, UPS, and FedEx for individual orders; this calculation is based on weight and distance of delivery from our warehouse.

Delivery times vary from approximately 2 – 5 days, depending on USPS, UPS, and FedEx barriers and distance from our cottage to your location. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

RavynsCottage.com ships to addresses worldwide, and U.S. and U.S. Territory APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

When shipping to an APO, please choose the actual country in which you are residing such as Germany for example. Then complete “City” and “State” with APO appropriate address such as Armed Forces for AE, etc. at check out. Should you have an problems setting up your address, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you.

International and APO Buyers are responsible for any and all additional fees, including but not limited to export, tariff and customs fees. 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that the correct mailing address is listed at checkout. RavynsCottage.com is not liable for any orders in which the customer has entered their address incorrectly. If you discover that you have entered your address incorrectly, please contact us immediately. If purchase has already been shipped, we cannot make changes and additional fees will be applicable.

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will be held until address is confirmed. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees should package need to be shipped again because package was returned due to incorrect address.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number is usually active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

RavynsCottage.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs, etc.).

Damages

RavynsCottage.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us with a picture of the damages. We ask that you contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. with the exception of APO/FPO addresses. Some restrictions do apply. Please contact us should you have any questions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

RavynsCottage.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Once a shipment leaves the U.S., we cannot be responsible for your order and tracking is difficult until package is delivered.
