Return Timeline

Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.

How to Return an Order


Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • Use our Contact Form if you are unsatisfied and wish to return any of the products.

Return products must be postmarked no later than 7 business days after receiving the item and must be in the original, resalable condition for full credit. You will retain title to the products and risk of loss of the products will remain with you until we receive the returned products and determine that the products were returned unworn, unused or tampered with and in their original condition, at which point you will be deemed to have rejected the products and the title will return to us. We will assume you have chosen to keep any products that you do not postmark back to us by the return date and your payment will stand. Therefore, it is advisable to return the item(s) with a tracking number and insurance. Any exceptions permitting a return postmarked later than the return date must be requested within the 7 business day return window and may be granted at the sole discretion of RavynCraft LLC. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to exchange or replace any specific item upon return of the items. 
If a product is a Final Sale item or Custom Order item such as the hand-forged athames, then the sale is final and no returns or refunds. If item is damaged, please file a claim with the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for more information regarding damaged items
Provided that RavynCraft LLC confirms that your product is not a Final Sale or Custom Order and was returned in accordance with the Return Policy, your sole and exclusive remedy is that we will issue a store credit in the amount charged for the applicable product provided that the credited amount will not include applicable delivery, shipping or handling fees, or any additional fees as outlined in the Shipping PolicySuch fees remain the sole responsibility of the buyer and are nonrefundable or for any form of credit or exchange. Store credit may only be used for future purchase of products on the site and are not transferable.
You may not return any Subscription Box or Ritual Subscription after the shipping date. Any box cancelled 14 days before shipping date will incur a $25.00 restocking fee. If you have any concerns about any subscription you have received or any products in it, please contact us so we may work with you to address your concerns.
